‘TB Special build’ for this rod has the same specifications as the Free Spirit Black Edition rod except they have metallic ‘Hi-S’ blue tipping’s in front of the reel seat and butt grip instead of all black.
All the Free Spirit Hi-S utility rod blanks are made from the very same Japanese 40T low resin Hi-S material as used to make the carp rods. The Free Sprit Hi-S spod rods are regarded by many as the ultimate tool for the job and capable of putting a spod or a Spomb ridiculous distances.
