Free Spirit Seeker Launcher SPM Rod 12ft – 50mm

The Seeker range covers several different areas of fishing from carp rods in 10ft, 12ft and 13ft, Barbel and Specialist rods, Spod, Marker and SPM rods, Margin Creepers and Surface rods. The longer carp rods feature abbreviated handles with a number also available with full cork, whilst the shorter rods have full shrink handles. This range utilises Japanese carbon in 40t from Toray finished with a diagonal carbon woven pattern. All the carp rods have a woven carbon clone reel seat.

Using Toray carbons for the butt and tip section and then wrapping with diagonal woven carbon finishing the blank cosmetically, these rods look and feel exceptional. Free Spirit have opted for a subtle modern build whilst keeping their clone reel seat in matching carbon finish. The reel seat features black hoods and handle fittings are black Acetile and EVA. Guides are Seaguide TDG which are stainless steel but feature an Adaman coating which gives them a stronger plating than other similar guide styles, whilst keeping weight to a minimum. Tip guides are anti-frap. The tipping colour is a subtle grey/platinum around the logo. Free Spirit have also put the rod screen details of test curve on the underside of the blank so people wanting to mix and match test curves can do so without them appearing different.
As with all Free Spirit rods the finish must be cosmetically attractive and different. Free from any paint or lacquer to maintain appearance for many years.
