Free Spirit Tamer Power Float Rod 12ft (2-Piece)

As with the Hi-‘S’ Special Power Float Rods Free Spirit prefer the actions when made with longer section lengths and less joints so the 10ft, 12ft and 13ft are two piece and the 15ft is three piece.The 10ft version is mainly designed for use on small rivers or any situation with restricted movement where a heavy float rod is required. The 12ft version is designed mainly for Stillwater Tench, Bream, Roach, Rudd and Crucians, whilst the 13ft provides the best compromise for these species but also rivers when targeting Chub, Barbel or Grayling. When needing a longer rod for trotting with stick float or distance waggler the 15ft comes into its own and will handle Barbel with a little care whilst the 12ft and 13ft versions will comfortably handle Carp to double figures as well. Supplied in a pouch style bag to accommodate rods set up with reel attached.
