Made famous by one of the most influential barbel anglers of all time, the Rolling Pin SL is a unique side-casting reel. Built with a push button on the top of the backplate, that allows the spool to rotate 90 degrees. This enables the angler to cast as they would with a fixed spool reel, making this a good choice for fishing at distance.

Now 40g lighter than the MKII thanks to the new design with cutaway spool and backplate and finished with a glossy black anodise.

All J W young reels are made and built in the UK and come supplied in a presentation box with a reel pouch and certificate of authenticity.
